Here's a guide on how to Mine and Pillage Ores in Faction Wars or Power Battle in the RPG mobile game Ragnarok Rush. Available to download from the App Store and Google Play.
How to Join Faction Wars
- To join Faction Wars, you need to register first (time varies depending on time zones), it lasts for 1 week and will be open for registration for 1 day only.- Once the Faction War starts, you will be given a random Faction to join with. Good Luck!

What is the Aim for this Mode?
Mine Ores and Donate
- The aim is to gather all Ores that you can, and Donate them via the "Build Faction" tab to increase Faction Lvl.- Faction Lvl will increase Ore storage amount and donation amount.
- Donating Ores will increase Faction and Personal ranks, this will determine which Faction and who will gain more rewards than others.
Donation Points
- Renews daily, unused points will not carry over to the next day.

How to Gather Ores?
Conquer Personal Mines
- To increase Ore generation per hour, this is similar to Eden Group Mission stages where you need to clear enemy teams without controlling your units.- TIP: Before the Faction War opens, make sure that you have enough Energy to use, so that you can start clearing mines and earn quick Ores early on.
- TIP: When entering a new mine the first time, take a screenshot of the enemy team and find a way to counter them with your current team and total CP.
Faction Bonus
- Note: Players under the Rune Midgard Faction will get more ores/hour here.
- Today's Effect: Combo with effects that increases ore generation from personal mines. Check the "Today's Effect" under the "Current Status" window.
Conquer World Mines
- Conquer the World Mine (center), contains strong boss monsters, but doesn't have time limits once it is conquered.- Can be challenged after upgrading Faction Lvl to 5.
- Also consumes attack points per attempt.
- Other players may still challenge you though to take your place.
Faction Bonus
- Note: Players under the Arunafeltz Faction will get more ores/hour when conquering external mines.
- Today's Effect: Combo with effects that increases ore generation from external mines. Check the "Today's Effect" under the "Current Status" window.
Conquer Field Mines
- Conquer Field Mines (around the World Mine). Similar to World Mines but boss monsters are a bit weaker and these Mines will disappear after some time.- Weaker bosses usually generates lower ores/hour (around 30~90).
- Can be challenged after upgrading Faction Lvl to 5 and 7.
- Also consumes attack points per attempt.
- Other players may still challenge you though to take your place.
- TIP: If you want to test if you can defeat these bosses, I would recommend only if you are done getting your target reward tier (check below for more info about rewards).
Faction Bonus
- Note: Players under the Arunafeltz Faction will get more ores/hour when conquering external mines.

Pillage Other Players
- Earn more ores by pillaging other players outside your Faction.- Pillage amount depends on their current Ores, the higher the better, but make sure that you can defeat them by checking their team and total CPs.
- Also consumes attack points per attempt.
Faction Bonus
- Note: Players under the Schwarzwald Faction will get more ores per attack.
- Today's Effect: Combo with effects that increases pillage count or amount (ex: Pillage amount +30% from 1st place) that you can get. Check the "Today's Effect" under the "Current Status" window or World Trend.
Attack Points and Attack Tips
- Renews daily, unused points will not carry over to the next day.

- TIP: If your Faction is ranked 1st, attack the 2nd ranking Faction to keep them low. This is best for close fights (points) where the strongest players are non-active ones. To check those who are active, go to the Personal Ranking list.
- TIP: Some players will use their attack points right before the reset time to get maximum Ores, especially from non-active miners.
How to Increase Rewards?
Be Active and Donate!
- Mine and pillage other players, maximize your Donations depending on your Ores/hour mining speed.- Example: Use x2 "3" Donation Points, or at least x1 "3" Donation Points and x1 "5" Donation Points per day.
- For stronger players go for "2" Donation Points per day.
- If you are teamed up with very strong and active allies, chances are, you won't even be able to use "3" Donation Points because they will keep on upgrading Faction Lvl thus increasing the required donations. In this case, just keep on donating at least x1 "5" Donation Points per day.
- TIP: It is best to use your attack points when you think using them will hit your target Ore Donation. This will also avoid getting pillaged, because you can dispose all your Ores after hitting your target.
Choose a Tier and Aim for Those Rewards!
- Battle rewards info can be viewed under the "Ranking" icon, click on the "Battle Reward" chest to view all tier rewards.- Select a tier, then at least aim for it's lowest requirement of Accumulated Donations (Personal Rank). As you grow stronger, aim for the higher ones.
Personal Rank
- Win or lose, rewards will be given at the end of the week depending on your Personal Rank's accumulated donations.
- It is considered lose if your Faction ranked 2nd or 3rd in Faction Wars.
Faction Rank
- If your Faction ranked 1st, all Personal Rank rewards (not points) will get +50% bonus!
- So if for example you are teamed up with very strong and active allies and can't increase your Personal Rank because of them, then no worries because you will also get the +50% bonus.
- Most of the time, the Faction that can conquer the World Mines has the highest chance to win the war.
Faction Assets and Rewards!
- Chance to drop from Mines (someone must occupy Field or World mines first). If you are lucky, you can sometimes team-up with a strong character that can occupy the World Mines or Field Mines at least.
- I would highly recommend getting chests that contains crafting materials early game, aim for those hammers!
- Today's Effect: Combo with effects that increases box drop rates by 10%. Check the "Today's Effect" under the "Current Status" window.
