     - Find and select the "Submit a Ticket" option.
Step 4
     - Choose a department to ensure that your issue gets resolved as quickly as possible.
     - Examples:
     - If you want to recover in-game item/s, choose the "Item Recovery" option. Issues
like "Scammed" or "Hacked" should also go here.
     - If you found a bug in the game, choose the "Report a Bug" option.
     - For Payment Issues, choose "Payment Support".
     - For other concerns, choose "RO: Valkyrie Uprising (Mobile)" option.

Step 5
     - Select "Next" to move to the next page.

Step 6
     - Fill up all the blanks. Note: Items marked with "*" must be filled up.

Step 7
     - Select the "Submit Ticket" option to send your ticket.
     - From here on, it's a waiting game. Check you E-mail for their response.
