Here are some tips on how to complete the "Wine Not? Grainshine Wine Quest" using the best methods (less resources possible) in the building platform, simulation, and adventure game - Pixels.
How To Trigger Quest: Go to the south west area of Terravilla (24 hours after completing the previous "Wine Not?" quest) then go inside the Drunken Goose, talk to Goose to start the quest. You'll need 24 bottles of Grainshine Wines to complete this quest.
Wine Not? Grainshine Wine Quest
Requirements:
- 24 Grainshine Wines = 576 Grainbows, 72 Seltsam Eggs, 240 Cooking Mix- 1 Grainshine Wine = 24 Grainbows, 3 Seltsam Eggs, and 10 Cooking Mix
- Cooking Mix = 10 Berries each (Buck's Galore Shop).
- Seltsam Eggs = 10% chance to drop when getting Eggs from Chickens (Aviculture Skill Lvl 2).
- Estimated Total Cost = Around 4,000 to 7,000 Berries, plus 6 Chickens (500 Berries each from the Buck's Galore Shop, cheaper from other players or from the Marketplace).
- Reward = 7,440 Berries and 2 bottles of Grainshine Wines.
How To Make Wines?
- The Winery is located south west of Terravilla, you can use Wineries from other lands as well.
- You should be able to make this wine, since the required Beverage Master Skill is only Lvl 5.
Chickens and Harvesting Seltsam Eggs
- TIP: Placing 6 Chickens into 3 Coops (2 per Coop) would give you 300 Aviculture XP, so you just need to collect 8 Eggs to reach Aviculture Skill Lvl 2. It is better to reach Lvl 2 asap to unlock the 10% chance of getting Seltsam Eggs, instead of wasting Energy with 0% chances.
- If you have limited inventory, stop harvesting for now if you have already obtained the required number of Seltsam Eggs.
- NOTE: You can't take back Chickens when placed. 1 Chicken can produce 1 Egg every 1 hour for 1.5 Energy. You can harvest 100 times or more per Chicken but after 100 harvests, there is a chance that the Chicken would die.
What Should I Do With My Eggs?

Silk Slugs and Harvesting Silk Slug Slimes
- I would also recommend buying 4 Silk Slugs at this point (1000 Berries each from the Buck's Galore Shop, cheaper from other players or from the Marketplace), unless you can get them free from events. Note that Silk Slugs are different from Silk Slug Spiders.
- Silk Slug Slimes are needed for the next quests (20% chance after reaching Sluggery Skill Lvl 2), so better start grinding some XP while harvesting Eggs to do more when visiting lands.
- Note that you'll eventually get back all of your Chicken and Silk Slug investments as you complete more quests (sell the Wines given back), so it's fine.
What Should I Do With My Silk Fibers?

Best Lands To Place Your Chickens and Silk Slugs
- A Land with x4 Sluggeries and 1 Coop = For your x4 Silk Slugs and x2 Chickens.
- You can use any land including the Coop south east of Terravilla for your remaining x2 Chickens.
- TIP: If you want to look for farms with multiple Apiaries and Sluggeries, try to use this useful tool: Pixels Lookup. Do not forget to "Bookmark" or "List" the land by clicking the sign board near the entrance (with the farm's number).
Method A: Do Everything
Plant and Harvest Everything
- Estimated Total Cost = Around 4,100 Berries - Estimated Energy = Around 3,400 Energy
- This quest is kinda luck dependent, so it's harder to determine the total energy consumed, but based on our calculations using % chances, Method A and Method B are almost on par based on Total Cost and Energy Consumed after rewards so any method is fine.
- NOTE: Sell the 2 Grainshine Wines (620 Total Berries NPC price) you received as a reward, even higher if sold in the Marketplace. Now you should be able to take back some of the investments you've made on your Queen Bees, Chickens, or Silk Slugs (if it is not enough then complete the next quests).
- Buy Grainbows and Seltsam Eggs = Only buy Grainbows at 8.1 Berries or lower, and Seltsam Eggs at 30 Berries or lower or else your total cost would go higher which is bad.
- Buy Seltsam Eggs and Farm Grainbows = Only buy Seltsam Eggs at 22 Berries or lower or else your total cost and energy consumption would go way higher which is bad.
- Buy Grainbows and Seltsam Eggs = Only buy Grainbows at 8.1 Berries or lower, and Seltsam Eggs at 30 Berries or lower or else your total cost would go higher which is bad.
- Follow the requirements, and get your reward.
- NOTE: Sell the 2 Grainshine Wines (620 Total Berries NPC price) you received as a reward, even higher if sold in the Marketplace. Now you should be able to take back some of the investments you've made on your Queen Bees, Chickens, or Silk Slugs, if it is not enough then complete the next quests.

- Just follow the requirements and complete the quest, good luck with your Seltsam Egg farming! ^^- NOTE: Sell the 2 Grainshine Wines (620 Total Berries NPC price) you received as a reward, even higher if sold in the Marketplace. Now you should be able to take back some of the investments you've made on your Queen Bees, Chickens, or Silk Slugs (if it is not enough then complete the next quests).
Method B: Buy Most Items
Buy From Other Players or From the Marketplace
- NOTE: You can only buy in the Marketplace or do P2P trades after reaching the required "Reputation Score" in-game (check and test). This might change anytime though depending on updates.
- Go to the Marketplace (upper area inside the Buck's Galore) to buy or check prices. When buying, go for prices that are lower than the price in the Marketplace or Shops (find good deals).
- Estimated Total Cost = Around 5,700 or 7,100 Berries
- Go to the Marketplace (upper area inside the Buck's Galore) to buy or check prices. When buying, go for prices that are lower than the price in the Marketplace or Shops (find good deals).
- Estimated Total Cost = Around 5,700 or 7,100 Berries
- Estimated Energy = Around 2300 or 1100 Energy
